PostYour herbalist DESMECHT offers to send your products at home. These orders should be made by phone. We will look with you which products you need, their availability and the different ways to send parcels.

! Please make sure you have your credit card in hand when you call us. We will ask: the card number (16 digits), expiration date and security code (= 3 or 4 digits on the back of your card )

TAXI delivery in the 19 municipalities of Brussels:
We can send your package by taxi at the date and time in which we agree (± 3h margin – package can only be sended when the store is open)
Herefore we require a payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).

Delivery by MAIL (POST) within Belgium:
We send packages by mail throughout the country. You can choose the simple mailing (which is paid by VISA or Mastercard) or mailing against reimbursement where you can pay to the postman.
Mailings against reimbursement are a little more expensive but offer the opportunity for people who do not have a credit card to receive parcels.
Sendings are prepared once a week, usually every Thursday. The packets are delivered to the recipient’s home by the postman. If the recipient is not home when the postman comes, he puts a note in the mailbox. The customer can ask for a second presentation, or collect the package within 14 days at the post office.

Delivery by MAIL (POST) Abroad:
We can send packages abroad, however, the list of countries is limited:
Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France (excluding DOM-TOM Zone), Germany, UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Cyprus, Ireland, Malta, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein
These sendings should always be paid by credit card (VISA or MasterCard).
